		<description>I would do the 95 to 85 route...I have made the trip from Charlotte to Philly before.  It didn&#039;t take that long and the ride was good.  The trick is what time are you leaving Philly?  The best times to go through DC is after rush hour traffic but before 3pm.  Then you would miss Charlotte&#039;s rush hour traffic as well and you wouldnt hit any Atlanta traffic</description>
