You should see if you have a Shitzu rescue group in your area. You’d likely have better luck that way and if you’re willing to drive a little, they can search areas around where you are as well.

Look up Shitzu Rescue. All breads have a rescue organization and they usually have a variety from newborn to senior that desperately need homes. You can also check with your local SPCA and ask them if they have any shitzu’s. They may take your name and number and let you know if one comes in that someone doesn’t want.
