Fun things to do in Atlanta?

I will traveling to Atlanta at the end of September for about a week or two, would like to get advice on some good thing to do and see.
Also very interested in going to see some black stand up comedy.

    u cud go 2 stone mountain if u like rok climbing, u cud go to the sandy springs library if u like reading, u cud go to ummmmmmmmmmmmm well i live in atlanta but i cant think of any more to say :(

    Hey since u have a week or two just break the fun up! Take the 1st couple of days or week and have fun dancing meeting people at the clubs play pool and the other half relax and go to the drive-in and jazz clubs/restaurant(s).Comedy Corner,Backlot Theater which you watch a movie while u eat and drink (pizza,burgers,salad,wings and many more,beer wine only.) Enjoy the ATL.

    Uptown Comedy Corner in Atlanta is pretty nice, the best night to catch a show would be Wed, Sat or Sun.

    Shopping (Lenox Square, Stonecrest Mall, Perimeter Mall, and Cumberland Mall, etc.)

    Undersround Atlanta
