Going to Atlanta

I turn 21 the first week of January, and plan on inviting 20 people max to come out to a restaurant friday night. I have a few guy and girl friends who are still 20 yrs old so I need a place where they can come too.
I don’t like the whole club or dance scene…I just want a fun place where we can still be loud. thanks!
